- Citizen of Enugu state.
- Candidate must have 5(five) credit marks in GCE/SSCE including subjects like English, Mathematics and 3 other pertinent subjects and it must be in one sitting.
While for undergraduates, applicant must be:
- Complete 100 level degree students from the courses outlined below in Enugu State:
- Human Medicine/Dentistry/Pharmacy
- Petroleum Engineering
- Architecture
- Chemical Engineering
- Mass communication/Journalism
- Business Administration/ Economics
- Law
- Geology/Geophysics
- Agricultural Science and Engineering
- Computer Science/Engineering/ System Engineering
- Mechanical/Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
- Environmental Studies/ Surveying
And must be students from the following institutions:
- University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN)
- Godfrey Okoye University
- Caritas University
- Renaissance University
- Madonna University and
- Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
